Shipping and Delivery

How much is my shipping?

Flat-Rate shipping is $5 (FREE on orders over $60), anywhere in the continental lower 48 United States. Other services are available at the price quoted on our website, this price is our cost as billed by the shipping service provider, there are no additional handling fees included.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders placed by 8 PM Monday-Wednesday will ship the next day. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship on Monday.
We roast all coffee to order. All orders are packaged and shipped within hours of roasting in order to deliver you the freshest coffee possible. We ship directly from our roasteries in Olympia, WA and Atlanta, GA, so ship times will typically vary between 1-5 business days depending on your location.


Orders placed on holidays will roast and ship within two business days of the order date.
If we have any difficulty fulfilling your order, we will contact you by email or phone. Our shippers require phone numbers for both the billing and shipping addresses. This information is private and you will not be solicited. More information is available by viewing our Privacy Policy.

Privacy and Security

What information do we collect?
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, this website computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.

When you visit our website we automatically collect and store only the following information about your visit:

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • To personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
  • To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
  • To quickly process your transactions.

If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter, we may send you periodic e-mails. If you would no longer like to receive promotional e-mail from us, please refer to the “How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?” section below.

If you have not opted-in to receive e-mail newsletters, you will not receive these e-mails. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs and ‘members-only’ content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us.

Do we use “cookies”?

The term “outside parties” does not include Dancing Goats® Coffee. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Returns and Replacements

Limited 30 Day Return Policy

If you are not happy with your product please contact us for a replacement product or a partial or full refund. No returns accepted after 30 Days from delivery date. Coffee products are not eligible for exchange, as a food item we cannot accept and then re-sell any returned/exchanged coffee.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee if the order has been shipped. Any returns made without our prior permission are subject to the same 25% restocking fee. If your order is in transit and you wish to cancel, you would be subject to the restocking fee. To explain a little further, we are charged additional shipping fees by our shippers when we must change a delivery destination, and it is no guaranty that we can stop or change the delivery once the order is in transit. We are a small business and we can not afford canceled orders, and still offer accessibly priced specialty coffee. If you would like to return any roasted coffee beans please contact us prior to returning them.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Dancing Goats® Coffee product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Dancing Goats® Coffee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Dancing Goats® Coffee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Dancing Goats® Coffee shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Return Policies

We are unable to process online merchandise returns in our café locations. Items that are purchased at any Dancing Goats® Coffee Bar retail location must be returned or exchanged at that specific location within 30 days of purchase, receipt required.

If you do not have your receipt, please contact the store where you purchased the item(s) from and they can assist with acquiring one.

Consumable Items

Due to quality control and food safety issues, we are unable to accept returns on any consumable items such as coffee, carry out food items etc. Even if these items are still sealed, we cannot assume they are tamper-free once they are out of our hands. If any order was incorrect, please notify manager on duty immediately and we will handle the mistake accordingly.


Unused items may be brought back for a full refund within 30 days. In order to return or exchange any wearables (hats, tees etc.), items cannot be laundered or worn. If an item is missing any of its parts, pieces, or was damaged- please contact the store immediately.

The staff at the retail locations will make their best effort to properly assess and process your return or exchange while you are in the store. However, in the event that a receipt isn’t present, or a manager is required, we may need to get your contact information so that the manager can further assist you.
