Costa Rica La Minita del Sol – A truly delightful breakfast coffee. La Minita del Sol starts the day off right with a clean, soft orange juice acidity, refreshing iced tea-like tannin and a sweet macadamia nuttiness! El Salvador Siberia Pacamara – coffee for lunch? Why not? This coffee always seems to bring to mind a sandwich… the upfront acidity is that of a juicy tomato, followed by a swelling fullness of body, and flavors such as herbed rye bread and a ham and swiss cheese like savoriness! I’m blown away! That’s it - I’m taking this home for the weekend!
